Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted veggies are an easy side dish. I hesitated to try roasted cauliflower because it’s just a plain white (sometimes over used on Keto) veggie. But, it’s now one of our favorite simple side dishes! It’s so easy to make and the perfect veggie for your steak on the grill or shrimp on the stovetop!

Add some butter and seasoning to taste, roast and enjoy!

Recipe:

2 Cups Cauliflower
2 Tbsp Butter / Olive Oil / Avocado Oil
Seasoning of choice (We used Kinder’s Garlic Salt)

Cut Cauliflower into bite sized florets
Add to baking dish
Top with slices of butter and seasoning.

We’ll often make a larger batch when we have family over.

Bake at 375 Degrees for 25-30 minutes
Toss after 15 minutes
Done once tips are golden brown..

Serving Size: 1 Cup before roasted (Makes 2 Cups)
Macros: Calories: 128, Fat: 11g , Carbs: 5g (3 net carbs) , Fiber: 2g, Protein: 2g

  • Prep ahead of time by washing and cutting cauliflower

  • It’s easy to mix up the seasonings - use any you’d like! Just check the ingredients for hidden sugars.
